II【 Experimental Principle 】

Program settings automatically control the collection, recording, curve, etc. of hydration heat data and print hydration heat detection reports. The system uses high-precision temperature sensors to collect the temperature changes of cement in the calorimeter. Multiple sets of calorimeters are installed in a constant temperature circulating water tank with a numerical control device to ensure a constant external temperature. The changes in heat values are collected by a multi-channel paperless recorder and displayed in real-time with multi-channel temperature and curvesUSBTransferred to the computer, the software automatically displays the hydration heat release curve in real-time and calculates the total heat value within 7 or 28 days.
